WHEN WILL YOU SEND MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 to 5 business days.
You will then receive a shipping notification with complete tracking information. In many cases, to save you money, we ship directly from the manufacturer.
South America 20-35 days free shipping.
Europe 10-15 days free shipping.
USA 10-12 days free shipping.
Africa 25-35 days free shipping.
Oceania 12-15 days free shipping.
Asia 12-15 days free shipping.
WARNING, there may be slight delays in some orders, due to COVID-19, the logistics are working, but you may see occasional delays.
Delivery times may vary by country and product location.Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed, they cannot be canceled.
Be sure to provide the correct shipping address. Soundfinna Store is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to send to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require payment of import taxes / customs. These will be the buyer's responsibility under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Soundfinna Store is not responsible for customs taxes.

Where do my articles come from?
To save you money, we ship our products directly from the manufacturer. These locations include the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN A PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days after delivery. To start your return, contact us by clicking here to receive your reason for return. Any unauthorized return may cause delays in refunds.
If your item is received damaged, we ask that you first send us an image that shows the damage and after an inspection we will tell you if it meets our replacement criteria. Buyer pays shipping.
All items must be in an unused re-salable condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet this criterion.
If your item is in working order but you have requested by mistake or you no longer need the item, we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
